Topokata is a geo-spatial data collection platform operated by Clever Tech Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use Topokata (the "Service").

We collect the following types of information: • Account information: name, email address, and password when you register. • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform. • Form response data: spatial data and answers submitted through forms you create or respond to. • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, and operating system. • Cookies and similar tracking technologies.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and improve the Service. • Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, password resets). • Respond to support requests and inquiries. • Analyse usage patterns to improve our product. • Comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Geo-spatial data

Location data submitted through Topokata forms is stored in your account and is only accessible to you and the members of your organisation that you grant access to. We do not share or expose your spatial data to any third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights: • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you. • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data. • Erasure: ask us to delete your personal data. • Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format. • Objection: object to certain types of processing. 8. Cookies

We use trusted third-party services to operate Topokata, including Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually required to handle your data securely.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
